Evanston Child Development Center (ECDC) has been in operation since 1981 and has seen incredible growth and support over the past years. Our program has grown from 37 children in 2000 to over 350 children in 2014 by adding Children's Learning Foundation (CLF) in Mountain View, and recieving a federal grant: Early Head Start/Child Care Partnership grant that helps serve Uinta County families with infants and toddler.

OUR PURPOSE:
To prepare children for success in school and beyond, creating life-long learners. Our program is facilitated and supported by the Wyoming Department of Education and we are observed by representatives of the Department to ensure quality in our program. We utilize research based curriculum that is founded on developmentally appropriate practices. Research shows that children learn best through meaningful play and interactions.

OUR STAFF:
Preschool teachers at ECDC have degrees in Early childhood and/or Education. The teachers stay current with changing curriculum, and participate in many local and out of town training. Our class sizes are small, so we can work one-on-one with the children. Infant and Toddler teachers at ECDC/CLF have their Children's Development Associates (CDA).
